The Kallathigiri falls are located in the Indian state of Karnataka’s Koppal district. The falls are visible for 30 km around the area, through the hard rocky hills. The Kallathigiri Keerthi Falls are the only major waterfalls in the state of Jammu and Kashmir, situated in Kangan tehsil of the district of Poonch. The 12-meter-high falls cascade down from a height of about 300 feet (91 m) and are surrounded by thick forests and pine trees. The falls are the only source of the Kallathigiri River and are located about 38 kilometers (24 mi) from the district headquarters of Poonch.

Kallathigiri falls is one of the most beautiful waterfall in Kerala. It is one of the few waterfalls in the world which has more than one cascade. This waterfall is located at a distance of 15kms from Palakkad, one of the oldest town in Kerala. This waterfall is the perfect picnic spot. You must visit this spot. You can also enjoy different trekking routes offered by the Forest department.
